THE PURPOSE OF THE ETCC IS TO PROMOTE SAFE WORKING PRACTICES, DEMONSTRATE IMPROVEMENTS AND INNOVATIONS IN TECHNIQUES & EQUIPMENT, AND TO PROVIDE INDUSTRY RECOGNITION TO THE PUBLIC. IT IS ALSO AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CLIMBERS AND PROFESSIONALS TO GATHER AND EXCHANGE IDEAS WITH EACH OTHER.

EUROPEAN TREE CLIMBING CHAMPIONSHIPS
The European Competition is being organized by the S.I.A and will take place in TURIN in 2008
The Event will take place on Saturday 21st. and Sunday 22nd. June 2008, and will gather all European Top Treeclimbers for their annual competition.
The purpose of the Event has expanded over the years from a pure sports competition into a medium to promote safe working practices, demonstrate innovations in equipment and techniques, and provide industry recognition.
